I am Nathan Yaffee, the owner of 180 Degree Media. I have an AA in Video Production and a Certificate in Advanced Video Production from Bellevue College. I am currently pursuing an AAS Transfer Degree at Bellevue College, with the hope of transfering to the UW to earn a BA in Political Science. I currently work at Bellevue College Television Services.
My portfolio includes two campaign ads which have aired on Comcast Spotlight, as well as several productions for the City of Bellevue, including the coverage of various events. One campaign ad was for Jim Kenny, a candidate for Snohomish County Prosecutor. The other campaign ad was for Laura Lewis, who ran for a seat in the Washington State House of Representatives.
I have used professional quality cameras since I was 16 years old. I taught myself some basic computer programming when I was 11 years old. I love technology and working with people. In high school, I was the producer / director of the student newscast, which aired live, every day to all 2,000 students. While working at TV Services, I have directed the live coverage of several basketball games, which were broadcasted over the College Channel (Comcast 28 in Wester Washington).
